3.1 Deposits: Deposits collected are used to secure your order and initiate the manufacturing process. The remaining balance is due directly to the manufacturer as per the agreement provided at the time of purchase.
3.2 Refund Policy: If the customer is unable to obtain required permits or faces circumstances beyond their control, a refund of the deposit will be processed. Refunds are subject to verification and approval as stipulated in the purchase agreement.
